2. Distribution and Packaging
Products collected on an order basis or as order groups are double-checked by distribution and packaging and prepared for shipment.
1. Order Planning
The orders from our customers are planned, the priority is to collect the products in the most accurate way in the optimum time.
3. Shipment Planning
Products that are ready in the shipment area are taken to the cargo or groupage transportation plan based on customer approval.
4. Warehouse Shipment Control
The containers delivered from the warehouse to the transportation or cargo vehicle are shipped without error by confirming the barcode control.
Order and Shipment Management Process
2. Unloading and Pre-Acceptance
When the vehicles arriving at our warehouse are unloaded, barcoding is done for each container in accordance with our own WMS infrastructure.
1. Planning and Information Sharing
We frequently meet with our customers to request periodic plans and plan for warehouse operations.
3. Product Acceptance and X-Dock Shipment Preparation
After the preliminary acceptance, the products in all containers are accepted in the WMS system and the differences are detected. X-Dock and FT (Flow Through) shipments are planned.
4. Analysis and Addressing
According to the FIFO, FILO or LIFO model, all remaining products are addressed to the relevant shelves and zones.
